This fitting adapts to the factory 5/8 quick connect and allows you to run 3/4 hose coolant lines.

Includes 1 O ring and retainer clip with fitting.

Does not work with CTS-V LSA lids. Will clear LSA stock fuel rails, but the lower fitting has to be installed prior to rails going on, or has to be installed before lid goes on.

Lower fitting will require pre bent hose when using factory LSA rails. Clears LS9 rails with straight hoses.
